Guarantee and Warranty Service

At WatchMatic, we are committed to offering only 100% authentic products. While we are not always an authorized distributor of the items listed on our website, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every watch we sell.

Manufacturer warranties may not apply to certain items. Instead, we provide our own WatchMatic warranty, which covers most products on our site for up to two years from the date of purchase. The specific warranty period for each product is listed on its item page.

What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Watch movement issues

What Is Not Covered:

  • Battery replacement
  • Scratches, discoloration, or other changes to the finish
  • Damage to glass/crystal
  • Damage to the crown or stem
  • Damage to the case, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage from excessive wear, impact, or misuse
  • Water damage beyond the manufacturer’s specified water resistance rating

Warranty Conditions:

  • Warranty coverage is only valid through WatchMatic and applies exclusively to products purchased on MyWatchMatic.com.
  • All warranty repairs must be carried out by WatchMatic. The warranty will be voided if the product is opened or serviced by any third party.
  • During the warranty period, WatchMatic will repair or replace the item at our discretion, covering all parts and labor.
  • WatchMatic is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, arising from a defect. Certain states may not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to all customers.

Warranty Return Instructions:

  • To return an item for warranty service, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by visiting the “Returns/Repairs” section under “My Orders” in your account.
  • Items returned without a clearly visible and valid RMA number will be refused.
  • All items must be shipped using a traceable and insured service (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), with shipping costs prepaid by the customer. We will not accept COD or collect shipments.
  • Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  • WatchMatic will cover return shipping costs for repaired or replacement items.
